What is the return policy?
All sales are FINAL through the Lot One Shop, UNLESS the item was damaged during transit or upon arrival.
What if my item is damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, our partners at SideDoor will do everything possible to make it right including repair, replacement, or return.
To get started, please email info@onsidedoor.com and provide:
1. The order number that the item is attached to
2. A picture of the shipping packaging that the item arrived in
3. 3 pictures of the item itself showing the damage (2 up-close, and 1 from further away)
Who is Sidedoor?
SideDoor is our exclusive partner responsible for securing, processing and fulfilling your order. Once the order is placed, they will take care of all the details including communication, fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

We partner exclusively with SideDoor to secure and fulfill all orders placed through the Lot One Shop. For details on your order, email info@onsidedoor.com and include your question(s) with all order details.
What makes the Lot one shop different?
The Lot One Shop is curated by us to feature pieces we love and frequently found in our design projects. Often, professional interior designers shop with trade-only brands, not typically available to the general public. This unique shop provides you access to many of these vendors and the beautiful furniture and decor they create. We are excited to offer you to-the-trade access to quality brands you won't find available on every day marketplaces.
